I recently obtained a Master of Science in Information Management, with specializations in user experience & information architecture, from the University of Washington iSchool. Though currently Seattle-based, I’m originally from Houston, Texas and an alumni of The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em🤘🏿). Through examining the relationship between human values, social change, and emerging digital technologies, I hope to play an active role in designing and developing more equitable and accessible user experiences.

When I’m not conducting research or designing, you can find me curling up with a good book, curating playlists for loved-ones, brushing up on Arabic, or cuddling with my cats, Mowgli & Baloo (the bare necessities).
